These screen shots and
instructions are designed to give you basic trouble shooting Windows NT 4.0 RAS (Remote
Access Server). If you do not have it you will need your NT 4.0 Install disk in order to
install RAS.
If this guide doesn't solve your
problem with NT 4.0 please contact
Pacific Online technical support and let us know what is going on.
You may notice minor cosmetic differences between the
screen shots supplied here and your particular version of Windows NT. This may be due to different
version (s) of the RAS server, or Windows NT 4.0 and should not effect the overall
performance of your system.
