My Computer disconnects me
whenever I check my Email
|
This is a common problem in which your computer will hang up on
you after you have checked your email. To disable this do the
followings steps:
Tools > Options
|

Connection Tab > Uncheck the box that
says: "Hang up after sending and receiving" > then be
sure to click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen. That's it!

I can not
view Attachments in my Email
|

Again, this is a very common problem that can be easily fixed.
Tools > Options
|
|
|
|
|
Security Tab > "uncheck" the box
that says: "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a
virus" > click Apply then Ok.

How do I Disable the Preview Pane |
|
For security purposes we HIGHLY recommend you disable your Preview
Pane.
View > Layout
|

Uncheck the box next to the words "Show
Preview Pane" > then be sure to click the Apply button at the
bottom of the screen.
