The following instructions will walk you
through setting up the Netscape Mail 7 program.

Open Netscape
Mail & Newsgroups:
|

Select "Email Account" & then
click the "Next" button
|
|
|
|
|
In the "Your Name" field, type in your
full name. Then in the "Email Address" field, type your full email address,
ie username@pon.net - Lastly Click the
Next button
|
|
|
|
|
Select POP. In the "Incoming Server" field, type your Incoming mail server
(pop3.pon.net). In the Outgoing server field, type your Outgoing mail server
(smtp.pon.net). Lastly Click the Next button.

|
|
|
|
In the User Name field, type your full email address
(username@pon.net). If you have a business email type in the full
business email: username@business.com
Then click the Next button.

NOTE:
Business Emails Only: (i.e. .com, .org, .net, .biz - other)
--> Your Login name MUST be your full email address. |

|
|
|
|
In the Account Name field, type your full email address
(username@pon.net).
Then click the Next button.
|
|
|
|
|
Click the Finish button & then close NS 7.0
- you have now completed setting up your Pacific Online email account.
