The following instructions will walk you through setting up the Netscape Mail 7 program. 
Open Netscape 
Mail & Newsgroups:
Select "Email Account" & then click the "Next" button
In the "Your Name" field, type in your full name. Then in the "Email Address" field, type your full email address, ie username@pon.net - Lastly Click the Next button
Select POP. In the "Incoming Server" field, type your Incoming mail server (pop3.pon.net). In the Outgoing server field, type your Outgoing mail server (smtp.pon.net). Lastly Click the Next button. 
In the User Name field, type your full email address (username@pon.net). If you have a business email type in the full business email: username@business.com Then click the Next button. 
Business Emails Only:
(i.e. .com, .org, .net, .biz - other) --> Your Login name MUST be your full email address.
In the Account Name field, type your full email address (username@pon.net). 
Then click the Next button. 
Click the Finish button & then close NS 7.0 - you have now completed setting up your Pacific Online email account.
