each new i-business customer referred, a $10.00 one time commission is given |

After 10 referrals, Pacific Online will host developers web site for
free; developer must maintain a minimum of 10 accounts to be
eligible. |

35 referrals, extra band-with and space will be available for
the developer’s web site. |

An
additional commission of $5 is given if the developer fills out
the application for the new account. This also insures that the
developer is given credit for the referral. |

Pacific
Online will add the developer to the developers page with link
to developers home page, contact information, and brief
statement. |

Pacific
Online will provide an itemized statement listing a breakdown of
the payment at the time of a check disbursement. |
PAYMENTS
Pacific Online writes checks to referral businesses every 30 to 60
days on the first of the month. Referral customers must be signed up
with Pacific Online for at least 30 days in order for the referral
business to be paid the referral amount. Disbursement amounts must
accumulate a minimum of $17.95 before a check is cut. For example,
referrals made between July 1st and July 31st, commission checks for
those referrals will be mailed September 1st.
