Do NOT change your actual username. Do NOT change your password. This is a Phone Number change only. If you are not connecting right away, perhaps you do not have an @pon.net after your username and in this case you can type @pon.net after your username.

Do NOT dial an area code BEFORE the dialup number UNLESS you normally have to dial your area code to make local phone calls.

Click on the

in the top menu bar and then go to Control Panels and click on Remote Access.

Here you see the "Number" field - this is where you type in the new dialup phone number. Need a list of all dialup numbers? Click Here
